Should you wish to proceed

The next step would be to arrange for in principle
offers, for the finance plan, and a Spanish mortgage.
We will arrange from an independent financial advisor
to contact you and go through the details. 
This will give you a clear view of the cost involved
and
allow you to make an informed personal
decision regarding a purchase.


At this stage you are under no obligation to proceed nor
incurred any costs.
But the approval of these documents,
would put you in a position to purchase a property should
the opportunity be right for you.

The next step would be for us to arrange for you to go
out and visit the development.. View the show house
properties, and neighbouring Polaris World resorts to
sample the lifestyle.  

You would be meet at San Javier or Alicante airport and
taken on a tour of the area and development.
Your accommodation would be for up to two adults staying
in a Quality Hotel for one to two nights.

Should you find the right property a reservation fee of €3,000
euro would be required to take the property off the market,
for a set given time.

Stage One deposit payment would then be due in 20 days. 
Should the deposit funding have been pre-arranged - via the
finance plan.  You need not worry - as all will be in place for
a stress free purchase. 

Cash deposit buyers will have the option of us arranging a
currency account for them to transfer funds at the best
exchange rates.  Saving money on high street rates.

The deposit will have a Bank Guarantee.

The next few months all you need to think about is your new lifestyle of owning a home in the Sun being able to escape the
weather and stress of today's lifestyle - when you like!  
  
Stage 2 deposit would then be due for payment  9 months from the stage one deposit payment. You will be kept informed on  the progress at the development from the Spanish office. 

The final stage will be at completion by which time we will have assisted in arranging Spanish bank account, NIE number. mortgage offer in place plus an independent lawyer of your choice.

A property management company can be in place to look after the property when you are not there.
Rental marketing programme in place to generate income

Then sit back - and enjoy the good life, of owning a home in the sun.

In an area with around 300 days of sunshine a year. Around a 2.5 hour
flight away and 25 minute drive from the airport,
and you could be on the terrace with a glass of wine.
